Elevate to Success 2026
Elevate to Success is committed to creating an event where everyone feels welcome, respected, valued and able to participate.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to attend, engage with and enjoy the event regardless of disability, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, pregnancy or maternity, marriage or civil partnership, or any other characteristic protected by law.
We recognise that everyone’s needs and experiences are different. We are committed to considering individual requirements and making reasonable adjustments wherever reasonably possible.
Inclusivity and accessibility are considered as part of how we plan and deliver Elevate to Success, from our choice of venue and event layout to the support and spaces available throughout the event.
We recognise that accessibility is not limited to physical access. Neurodivergence, sensory needs, invisible disabilities, health conditions, communication needs and many other individual circumstances can affect someone’s experience of an event.
We ask everyone participating in Elevate to Success to communicate respectfully, avoid making assumptions about others and respect how individuals choose to identify and be addressed.
We recognise that no event will necessarily meet every individual’s needs perfectly. We welcome constructive feedback and will continue to listen, learn and consider ways in which we can improve the accessibility and inclusivity of future Elevate to Success events.
Accessibility was an important consideration when selecting the venue for Elevate to Success. The entire event space will be together on one level. This includes:
This means attendees will not need to move between different floors to access the main areas and activities forming part of the event.
Approximately 90% of the wider venue is located on the ground floor, including access to hotel bedrooms. For areas within the wider venue that are not located on the ground floor, wheelchair and disability access is available via lifts.
We will work with the venue and our suppliers to support individual accessibility requirements wherever reasonably possible.
Dedicated accessible parking will be available at the venue for those who require it.
Attendees with particular parking or arrival requirements are encouraged to contact us in advance so that we can provide relevant information and, where possible, help make their arrival at the venue as straightforward as possible.
We want opportunities to participate in Elevate to Success to be accessible. A ramp will be provided for stage access where required, including for speakers, guests or attendees who may be invited onto the stage.
If you know in advance that you will require accessible stage access, we encourage you to let us know so that we can ensure appropriate arrangements are in place.
A dedicated Sensory Space will be available throughout the event, providing a separate space away from the main event areas for anyone who needs some time away from the noise, activity or stimulation of the event.
The Sensory Space may be particularly helpful for neurodivergent attendees, those with sensory processing needs, invisible disabilities or health conditions, or anyone who becomes overwhelmed and needs a calmer environment. Attendees do not need to provide a medical reason or diagnosis in order to use the Sensory Space.
We ask everyone using the space to be considerate of others and respect that it is intended to provide a calm and lower-stimulation environment. In addition to the dedicated Sensory Space, we will have access to quiet space within the venue should additional quiet space be required.
We encourage anyone attending Elevate to Success who has an accessibility, sensory or additional requirement to contact us in advance. This may include, but is not limited to:
Where we are made aware of a requirement, we will discuss this with the individual and, where appropriate, with the venue or relevant supplier to establish what reasonable adjustments can be made. While we cannot guarantee that every individual request can be accommodated, all requests will be considered fairly and we will make reasonable efforts to find an appropriate solution.
We understand that not every disability, health condition or accessibility requirement is visible. Attendees are not expected to disclose detailed personal or medical information or provide a diagnosis beyond what is reasonably necessary for us to understand how we can support their requirements.
Any accessibility information shared with us will be treated sensitively and only shared with relevant members of the event team, venue or suppliers where reasonably necessary to facilitate the requested support.
We recognise that some attendees may require the assistance of a carer, personal assistant or support person in order to attend and participate in Elevate to Success.
If you require a Carer Ticket or would like to discuss your individual circumstances before purchasing, please contact the Elevate to Success team. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and any reasonable adjustments that may help you attend and participate in the event.
We will work with the venue to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies wherever reasonably possible. Attendees should provide accurate information regarding any dietary requirements or allergies by the deadline communicated by the event organiser.
Food preparation and allergen management are undertaken by the venue and/or catering provider. Attendees with serious allergies or particular dietary requirements are encouraged to contact us in advance so that their requirements can be discussed with the venue where appropriate.
Elevate to Success is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, professional and respectful environment where everyone can feel safe and enjoy the experience. This policy applies to attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, suppliers, contractors, volunteers, team members and anyone else participating in or attending Elevate to Success.
Everyone is expected to treat others with dignity and respect. We recognise that people attending Elevate to Success will have different backgrounds, experiences, opinions and beliefs. Respectful differences of opinion are welcome. Behaviour that becomes discriminatory, intimidating, threatening, harassing or abusive is not.
Elevate to Success has a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation and threatening or abusive behaviour. Unacceptable behaviour may include, but is not limited to:
These standards also apply to official Elevate to Success communications and event-related communities before, during and after the event, including official WhatsApp groups and other online spaces operated as part of the event.
Official photography and filming may take place throughout Elevate to Success. Attendees are expected to respect reasonable requests from individuals who do not wish to be personally photographed or recorded.
Photography, filming or recording must never be used to harass, intimidate or deliberately make another individual uncomfortable. Where a particular conversation, session, area or activity is identified as private or not to be recorded, attendees must respect this.
The involvement of a speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, Mastermind Host or other third party at Elevate to Success does not necessarily mean that the event organiser endorses every personal opinion, belief or viewpoint held or expressed by that individual or organisation outside of the event.
Everyone participating in an official capacity is, however, expected to behave professionally and respectfully while representing or participating in Elevate to Success and to comply with this policy. Elevate to Success reserves the right to take appropriate action where the conduct of an attendee, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor or other participant connected with the event conflicts with our commitment to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment.
If you experience or witness behaviour that you believe breaches this policy, please report it to a member of the Elevate to Success team as soon as reasonably possible. You do not need to confront the individual yourself.
Reports will be taken seriously and handled sensitively and as confidentially as reasonably possible. Where necessary, relevant information may be shared with appropriate members of the event team, venue management, security, emergency services or police in order to respond appropriately to a situation or protect those involved.
Elevate to Success reserves the right to take appropriate action where we reasonably believe an individual has breached this policy or their behaviour presents a risk to the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of others or to the effective running of the event. Depending on the nature and seriousness of the circumstances, action may include:
Creating an inclusive, accessible and welcoming event is a shared responsibility. By attending, speaking, exhibiting, sponsoring, working at or otherwise participating in Elevate to Success, individuals are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with this policy.
We ask everyone attending to be considerate of those around them, respect individual boundaries and contribute towards an environment where people can connect, learn and participate safely and respectfully.
Accessibility and inclusion are an ongoing commitment for Elevate to Success. We will continue to listen to attendees, learn from their experiences and consider ways in which future events can become even more accessible and inclusive.
We encourage anyone with a question, concern or suggestion regarding accessibility or inclusion to contact us. Our aim is to create an event where people from different backgrounds, with different experiences and different needs, can come together to learn, connect and participate while feeling welcome and respected.
If you are considering attending Elevate to Success and have an accessibility requirement, or if you have already booked and would like to discuss reasonable adjustments, please contact the Elevate to Success team. We encourage attendees to contact us as early as possible before the event. The more notice we have, the better placed we are to work with the venue and our suppliers to support individual requirements.
